FAQ'S & POLICIES

  • Turnaround Time
    - A Welcome Email & Notion Client Portal Link will be emailed to you within 48 hours. - Please allow 5 - 7 business days for Mood Boards and 10 - 15 business days for Full Packages to be completed. - Timeframes start when questionnaire, material and payment is received from client. - Due to the uniqueness of each project and client, more time may be needed for satisfied completion. - The timeframe does not include revisions. - Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
  • Revisions
    - There are unlimited revisions with the EXCEPTION of a concept change. A change in concept will incur an additional 25% fee of charges. We want to ensure all clients walk away with a design they absolutely love!
  • Design Refund Policy
    - Once an order is placed the design begins. Therefore payments and/or deposits are non-refundable. - If a project is canceled or postponed, the payment can be applied to a future project or held until completion.
  • Merch Refund & Return Policy
    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our policy. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS Before returning an item, please email customer service at info@dlaurendesigns.com with photos for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a misprint, damage or defect. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. REFUNDS Refunds are only allowed for misprinted/damaged/defective items however, the item will still need to be returned. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refurnd or return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
